THE STORYS OF LOCKINGTON.

the Rev. Richard Stevens, M.A., Rector of Bottesford, and by her, who was born in 1750, and who died on the 12th and was buried on the 19th of November, 1824, aged 74, at Lockington, had issue fourteen children.

    1. John Bainbrigge, of whom hereafter.

    2. Mary Elizabeth.

    3. Martha.

    4. Philip Lacock, whose issue was Philip Francis, General, C.B., entered the Bengal Cavalry in 1825, served in Scinde in 1843. He, Philip Lacock Story, was born in 1808, died 13th February, 1885, aged 76 years, at Glebeside, Preston, Brighton. Philip Lacock had also - Edmund, Henry, ob. infans. Thomas Kempe, married on the 16th January, 1858, to Helen Matilda, daughter of Henry Augustus, thirteenth Viscount Dillon. This lady deceased on the 11th June, 1879. Charles died in infancy. Lydia Sophia*, married, 1st February, 1833, to Charles, fourteenth Viscount Dillon. She died on the 4th November, 1876. Fanny Dorothea, married on the 20th February, 1842, to the Honble. Constantine Augustus Dillon, fourth son of Henry Augustus, thirteenth Viscount Dillon. He died on the loth April, 1853. Caroline, Amelia, Phillippa, Mary, ob. infans. Henry Alexander, Rear Admiral R.N., married on the 9th May, 1848, Constantia Catherine Anne, daughter of John Round, Esq., J.P., D.L., of Danbury Park, Essex.

    The fifth issue of the Rev. Philip Story and his wife Martha, née Stevens, was Edmund Richard, Colonel 3rd Dragoon Guards, born 2nd October, 1783, d. s.p. in the July of 1851. The Colonel married Mary Ann Clayton. She died at Holly Lodge, South Kensington, on the 3rd June, 1866.

    The sixth issue, Jane Diana, was born on the 17th October, 1784, and died on the 5th March, 1875. She married the Rev. Henry Knightley, M.A., Vicar of Fawsley and Rector of Byfield and Charwetton, on the 1st May, 1810, at Lockington. He died on the 9th September, 1813. The seventh issue, Ann, was born on the 23rd October, 1785, and died unmarried at Combrooke, county Warwick, 22nd July, 1863. The eighth, Georgiana Sibella, was born on the 22nd November, 1787, and died on the 18th September, 1853. This lady married Fiennes Sanderson Miller, colonel, 6th Dragoon Guards, of Radway, County of Warwick, on the 23rd May, 1819, at Lockington. The ninth issue, Edward, of Liverpool, was born on the 18th May, 1789, d. s.p. on the 20th June, 1859. The tenth issue, Nathaniel, of Derby, Captain 3rd Dragoon Guards, and subsequently of the Derby-shire Yeomanry Cavalry, twin brother of Edward, died unmarried on the 6th July, and was buried on the loth of said month, 1867. M.I. in the Derby Cemetery. Sarah, eleventh issue, was born in the April of 1790, and died on the 15th May, 1872; buried at Leamington. She married in October, 1810, Captain John Hunter, of Lisburne. He died on the 6th May, 1861. The twelfth, thirteenth and fourteenth issues all died in infancy.
