NOTES.

Elias Story who came over in the "Mayflower" died the next spring. He was a young man. We have never heard of his being of our family. In the Mayflower list he is put down as under 21 years, single and under-servant of Gov. Winslow. I have seen records of a Story family, mentioned in "Savage's Genealogical Dictionary," who were in Mass. about 1636/45-which we have not been able to connect with our family. My father's name is in "Matthew's American Armory," published by John Matthews, London.
