THE STORYS OF KIRKLINTON AND BRANCHES.

This information came from members of the Kirklinton branch of Storys, and from Mr. Walter Palmer Story, one of the Storys of Evening Hill, Dalston, and Shaddon Gate, Carlisle.

Within the parish of Kirklinton are Storeys from Bewcastle, but originally of Kirklinton and Arthuret, as also are the Stories of Lanercost.

Here is a small pedigree handed to the compiler by Mrs. Elizabeth Storey, widow of Mr. John Storey, son of John Storey of Kinkrie Hill, Bewcastle :-
