THE STOREYS OF LANCASTER.
Remain and be in full Force and Virtue according to the true Intent and meaning of
the same And for the True and Real Performance thereof and of every Covenant Grant
Clause and Agreement therein contained the said Miles Wilson did Bind himself his
Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns unto the said William Story his Heirs
Executors Administrators and Assigns and all and every of them in the Sum of One
Hundred and Twenty Pounds of Lawful English Money firmly by the said presents as
in and by the said recited Indenture of Sale or Mortgage Relation being thereunto
had may more fully appear Now this Indenture Witnesseth that the above named John
Story for and in Consideration of the Sum of Sixty Pounds of Lawful Money of Great
Britain to him in Hand paid by the said John Mounsey at or before the sealing and
delivery of these Presents the Recept whereof the said John Story doth hereby
acknowledge Hath Granted Bargained Sold Assigned Transferred and set over and by
these Presents doth Grant Bargain Sell Assign Transfer and set over unto the said
John Mounsey His Executors Administrators and Assigns all those the said Inclosures
of Ground and Premises above mentioned to be Bargain'd and Sold to the said William
Story in and by the said Indenture of Sale or Mortgage as aforesaid and every Part
and Parcel thereof with the Appurtenances and also all the Estate Right Title
Interest Term of Years yet to run Property Claim and Demand whatsoever of him the
said John Story fix and to the same or of in or to any Part or Parcel thereof
together with the said Indenture of Bargain and Sale itself. To Have and to Hold
the said Inclosures and Premises above mentioned and hereby Granted and Assigned
and every Part and Parcel thereof with the Appurtenances unto the said John Mounsey
his Executors Administrators or Assigns according to the Purport True Intent and
meaning thereof in as full large and ample manner to all Intents and Purposes as he
the said John Story his Executors Administrators or Assigns might should or ought
to have held and enjoyed the same by Virtue of the said Indenture of Sale or
Mortgage or his being Executor as aforesaid or by any other Ways or Means
whatsoever. And the said John Story for himself his Heirs Executors and
Administrators doth Covenant Promise Grant and agree to and with the said John
Mounsey his Heirs and Assigns and every of them by these Presents that he the said
John Story now hath in himself good Right and full Power and Lawful Authority to
Grant and Assign the said Premisses and every Part and Parcel thereof with the
Appurtenances unto the said John Mounsey his Executors Administrators and Assigns
in manner aforesaid so that neither he the said John Story his Executors
Administrators or Assigns or any of them at any Time hereafter shall or will ask
claim or Demand any Interest Benefit Trust or Privilege in any Respect or Manner
whatsoever in or to the said above Surrendered and Assigned Premisses or any part
thereof by Reason Colour or Means of the said Indenture of Mortgage or any Covenant
Proviso Matter or Thing therein contained or otherwise howsoever but thereof and
therefrom and of and from all Actions Suits and Demands whatsoever which he his
Executors Administrators or Assigns or any of them might have concerning the same
shall be wholly and Intirely Debarred. In Witness whereof I the said John Story
Have hereunto put my Hand and Seal the Day and Year first above written
